Thank you for your support of the meeting. You have already booked your sponsorship package with us and the details have been confirmed by email. This guide is for reference as you prepare to join us in Harrogate in October.

Wednesday 7th, 1200 – 1900hrs (times will be scheduled throughout the day)

Friday 9th, 0900 – 1700hrs
Saturday 10th, 0900 – 1500hrs
Breakdown
Saturday 10th, 1530 – 1900hrs
Booking your exhibition stand
Stands are allocated on a first come first served basis.
Please refer to the floor plan here to select your preferred space, then use the sponsorship reservation form here to reserve the stand.
Your sponsorship will be secured with a Booking Confirmation Form, which will be sent after we receive your reservation form.
Please refer to our sponsorship T’s and C’s here before signing.
A company will not be allowed to have a presence at the meeting unless full payment has been made.
