This webpage details the sponsorship packages available to our sponsors for the 2026 conference in Harrogate

• Our response time is 48 hours, but is usually within 24 (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm).
Booking
A link to allow you to book exhibition stands and other sponsor opportunities as well as submitting requests for symposia slots will be sent to all companies at 9am on Monday 2nd February 2026. Please can you let us know the best person to receive this information at this time as sponsorship opportunities are on a first come first served basis. Please email juliet@ilaebritish.org.uk with your preferred contact.

Booking your exhibition stand
Stands are allocated on a first come first served basis.
A floor plan will be available and you will be able to select your space using the online sponsorship reservation system.
Your sponsorship will be secured with a Booking Confirmation, which will be sent after we receive your reservation request.

A company will not be allowed to have a presence at the meeting unless full payment has been made.

Exhibition Stand:
£10,500 +VAT
All stands are 3m wide x 2m deep.
Two stands may be booked together to create a larger space.
Due to the layout of the hall, as a default all stands will be unbranded shell scheme.
Sponsors can choose to:
• Keep the default package with blank walls (see right, top image)
• Arrange to brand the walls with their own graphics for an additional cost (see right, bottom image)
• Construct a bespoke built stand via a stand contractor
We will ask you to confirm which option you are planning when you reserve your stand.
Exhibition stand includes
• A 3m x 2m stand space
• Blank shell scheme walls as default, with opportunity to brand walls or construct a bespoke stand
• Free registration at the meeting for 2 stand staff
• Logo and 100 words of text in conference programme
• A5 colour advert in conference programme
• Logo on conference website
• Flyer in delegate pack
Symposia Slots: £11,500 / £10,000 +VAT
Symposia slots in the programme are 50 minutes long and are allocated on a first come first served basis. Available slots are listed below:

Symposium Sponsors - please note
Please reserve your preferred symposium slot using the sponsorship reservation form here. You must also provide a symposium outline for approval by the committee. Please send your outline to members@ilaebritish.org.uk. Deadline: Thursday 20 August 2026
Your sponsorship will be secured with a Booking Confirmation Form, which will be sent after we receive your reservation form.
