Stand Size
• Your Stand size is a 6′ trestle table, 2x chairs and a table cloth
Passes
• Unless arranged otherwise with the ILAE, you have ONE free pass for the meeting
• Other team members may attend as delegates
• Passes can be booked individually or as a group
Publicity
We will work with you in the run up to the conference to publicise your support.

• Your logo will feature on the conference website

Delegate Handbook
We will include the following content in the delegate handbook
• Your logo
• A short paragraph of text (100 words or so)
• Your company contact details
